Logged in fine today now getting a unable to connect to patch server message, is it just me or the storm? Connecting to everything else fine

I am having a similar issue. The launcher just hangs. When I use my browser to visit https://www.startrekonline.com, it hangs too. I also pinged www.startrekonline.com (208.95.185.44) and received a time out. The launcher server down?

I can't update now either, i was playing the game and got disconnected, also downloading the game doesn't work.
