ok friday 9/28 i got 50 bucks worth of zen.... and i got 50 of zen... today i was looking at my credit card. and it says not only friday i got charged 50 ( still pending) but today 10/3 i was charged for the 50 no zen... but i was charged. so in total i was charged 100 bucks for 50 of zen... and of course now there is no billing support number.... i sent in a ticket. ( that was on billing support page ) but no answer. so i got screwed any ideas.....
this is sad i have played this game since beta. if they TRIBBLE me here. i will quit playing.... they owe me.... i am real mad... i want a dam phone number to call....dang it i'm pissed with the lack of support.

they obviously have no right to take money from you 2 times if you pressed the button only 1 time.
as a last resort, i would inform myself about any options there.
i am sure Brandon will swoop in any moment and tell you the proper channels to get in contact with Billing Support and put a red !!! on it internally...
or at least dispute it.
i wouldn't worry about it unless its been a week or so.

as for brandon i'm sure he will come in and say go with proper channels..... but there is no phone number now... the old one is changed to a company... and the stuff on the bill support is very very very minamul at best. which is sad.
as it has occurred to me to disputed it. but since this is a place i do bisness with alot i would hope they would make it right. if there is no response in 2 days i will dispute it.
In my instance, if I were to buy 50$ of zen, the following math applies):
(((50$ * 6,5[ConversionRate])+1,2%[TransferPrice])+25%[VAT]) = 63,25 USD.
Sometimes conversion rates and taxes and all that can get pretty messy and make insane results.
i use city bank a huge company no transaction fees
i just didnt want to take it up with my credit card yet...... when i dispute it they will lock that merchant from my card. so i wont be able to buy goods there again... atleast thats what has happen in the past... thanks for the link.
If you are still seeing a pending charge, but the $50 has also hard posted to your account, your bank may be in the process of dropping the pending charge. I would not be too concerned unless that pending charge hard posts as well. If it does, reach out to our billing team (support.perfectworld.com or customerservice@perfectworld.com) and they'll be able to investigate.
