The launcher crashes, will not log in.

I log in through a Perfect World account, not Cryptic. How can this be fixed?
The Error Ticket ID window crashes within seconds as well.

EDIT: Seems that Team Viewer was causing some problems.... Really... Wtf?

    their is a lot of others who are having the same issues. please search before posting next time,. and also i had the same problem and still have, even know another has had got a soluation....

    Also note it says under my name i am a Champions Online User, i play Star Trek Online and have no idea how to change that lol
