No stipend

Since merging accounts no stipend. Reported, but of course closed with no response. Warning to others, do not buy lifetime or gold.

    As I said to you before, did you check your C-Store totals? The C-Store is the only place you can see if the Zen value has been increased; as it doesn't show up under Zen in the Account page yet.

    I have not missed a Stipend since merging my account. So it would seem odd that you would - as it's all automated.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Pretty sure I didn't get it. I bought credits twice and spent them last month, and got some from dilithium. I would have noticed if I got extra credits. I know it's only a 500, but it sucks to not get stuff you paid for.

    I don't understand why they don't just send you an in game mail so you know when you get it. Then there would be a lot less messing about.

    No stipend for anyone I know - kinda stinks to have no idea what's going on.

    No Stipend here either for the past month or so. Infact, since they have started it, I've only got about 1000c. I havn't logged in in a few months, came back to only 1200pts, hasn't the program been going on for much longer?

    Still no stipend. No reply to ticket. Another ticket sent. Don't really expect to ever get the stuff I paid for, to be honest. But it's worth warning others.

    You should have been getting about 400 points per month. Not sure how many you are supposed to get now, because I no longer get mine. Cryptic have decided, without checking, that I must have just missed it, or am too early or whatever. There is no possible way on earth they introduced a bug, amongst all the other millions of bugs they introduce constantly. Or maybe they are just not interested.

    In any case, still no stipend. No reply to my tickets. Another ticket created, which will no doubt be ignored like the others.

    I got my stipend just fine last week, after nearly 6 months away from the game. Had enough accumulated to buy an escort carrier. Damn shame that you guys are having problems though. Fix it, PW!

    I think it's pretty clear I'm never going to get the stuff I paid for. Cryptic has no intention of ever fixing this. Therefore I have decided a full refund is the best option.

    Who do I contact to get my money back?

    I haven't gotten my stipend in a while either. At least I haven't gotten it this month yet (August) that I know of for sure.

    When I check the ZEN purchase history on my account, it doesn't show anything even for the past 12 months, and I bought ZEN three times last week.

    Wow, must be something new.
    I'm a LTS since Beta, merged accounts a while ago when the new forums came out.
    And, have always gotten my monthly Stipend.
    I've even recieved it on the same day I have since they came out.
    Filed a ticket? Contacted a GM?
    Just complaining on the forums will get zero results...;)

    Especially in this section of the forum where the Devs never come. :)

    I'm finding support is incompetent at best. I really wish there was a phone number to call to have this resolved in one sitting rather than playing email tag with support staff because they are clearly too busy to correctly and completely do their jobs. There must be some quota where they are forced to respond to so many tickets per day. The quality of support suffers at the cost of artificially raising the quantity.

    "We're sorry you have a problem. Our records indicate you should have no problem. Please reply if you still have a problem and need further support"

    I feel like customer support is trolling me.

    We too have this issue.. i missed it last month something didn't seem right about the accounts merger.. I did receive my Dilithium and could exchange it here for Zen credit..

    Since last Sunday Ive been mostly in Champions on-line.. so i stopped checking my
    STO GOLD account status at day 696

    So i logged in to receive my 700 Day reward and it listed me as 701 inactive after i saw i dint have my STIPIEND yet i hit my accounts tab and saw the INACTIVE and the Account timer had stopped..

    I Know the billing statement was accepted by the credit card company and i have no problem logging in.. IT just thinks STO is not SUb'd.. How Bizarre.

    OLD ATARI accounting started double charging me for champions when i bought STO and created my account As Champions and STO were GOLD only back then.. I had to cancel GOLD for Champions for the Accounting Guru to fix Access to STO so proper billing was done. .A Huge Grievous thing.. to loose inventory personnel and bank slot you already paid for. .and for some ATARI not cryptic account CSR to consider subs as rent payments =was a huge insult and extremely poor Customer Service.. in that case the CSR dint even know at first they had a stake in Cryptic or who Cryptic was.. at Least PWE knows and has an office in a city near by..

    its just a poor data base merger here.. Im not paid to do your job and reenter everything you already had. for you. This is a EP level issue for STO Cryptic not some CSR thats never played your game since year ones authority level to remedy.

    Hi all - I've been a lifetime member since beta and until Thursday I didn't even know there was a monthly stipend (I know my bad for not reading what I was signing up for) so I've missed 900+ days worth.

    Have submitted a ticket but not hopeful after reading this thread....

    The Stipend started in December with FTP. So, at most, you've missed between 8 and 9, depending on when your anniversary date is - assuming they were missed and that you haven't just been spending them each month without realizing it.

    I didn't receive my stipend either.

    My anniversary date is the 16th and have always received it on that day but this month (august) / yesterday I didn't.

    I tried to file a ticket with the link provided in this thread and it took me to a login page. I tried to login both on that page and from the support links and "Your form session has expired, please try logging in again." was the response a second login attempt logged me in but no support/ticket system came up.

    I Had a problem linking the accounts, leading to not being able to login, that apparently effected a large group of people as it was fixed in a few days... not sure but this may be what broke our stipend.

    If the OP get results I would sure like to see a follow up post on how it was resolved.

    UPDATE: Received stipend on 18th, two days later but got it :)

    Still no stipend. They said I get the stipend on 20th and I got it last time. So I waited for the 20th. It is now the 20th. Nothing.

    Pretty sure this is broken.
