Well this is weird.

Well this a new pc, installed the game.

Took 15 mins to get past the zone loading screen.
Then when i got in the game i couldn't interface with anything or beam out of the station. However, I saw other players walking around and beaming out. Also, when i left the spot i logged in from, after 2 mins or so i would reset back to that same position.

Relogged on with safe mode on and got same thing

    go into the launcher options and turn off the on-demand patching. Close the launcher, relaunch it, and it will download the rest of the game. Click "engage" and enjoy.

    Unless you've already done that. Then..well...I got nothing.

    Currently, i'm trying that right now..... but looks like its stuck on 97%

    Sorry. That was my best guess. Only other thing I can think of - are you a Europe-based player? Might try switching proxies in the launcher.

    oh wait.. it looks like the upload speed is 0.22 Mbps....

    Anyone happen to know how to fix that? the computer is only 5 days old... and my laptop that can play the game properly has an upload speed of around 4 Mbps... so its not my router or cable

    FIXED IT! ASUS Sabertooth z77's Network iControl lowered my upload speed by x20.... all i had to do was switch t off.

    Had the same problem here. And this one was driving me nuts.

    Thanks for the tip, the Network iControl was indead the issue.
