technical issue with changing email/password

ok when i signed up for my perfectworld account by accident i typed in the wrong email address. it does not exsist. then when i try to change it to the correct email it says to click on a link in that email to apply the changes. so i went and tried to create it but it told me that name is unavailable. so im stuck i cant access or create the account the conformation emails are being sent to and cannot apply any changes >< what do i do? i prolly need a site mod for this or somthing :/ any help tho would mean alot thanks.

    That's an account issue. You're not going to get help here in the forums.

    Best bet if you can still do so is to send in an email from your original account to the address listed in this sticky:

    Explain with details and specifics as to what the issue is.

    Gotta admit though from previous threads on this problem, don;t expect a fast response. In fact gotta say you may get no response. All you can do is try.
