crashes when loading

hi game keeps crashing on me. only crashes at loading screens like when finished a stf loading to my ship. Or when loading into a station or any time it needs to load. while on missions its fine.

error code is 14181943

in the crash log i get this
120619 05:01:17 190 Client[0]: GSM_Quit(). Reason: emEditorMain or utilitiesLibShouldQuit()
120620 05:47:58 762 Client[0]: GSM_Quit(). Reason: emEditorMain or utilitiesLibShouldQuit()
and many more the same

tryed redownloading and change around the graphics options and run as admin.

have windows 7
i7 920
geforce gtx 570, driver up to date

anyone have any ideas

    i havent seen a single crash since a week or two. i didn?t change or do anything to achieve this so i guess cryptic did. thanks a lot
