Problem With Star Trek Online Menu ?

Alright Well I just got Star Trek Online today. Downloaded yesterday from steam. And today I had a problem with some thing. Once I got the patch done and all, I did the brightness thing and then after a while my screen messed up. I think once I got on to the Menu it was like that. :(

    In order to get into the game where you can maybe actually see, click on OPTIONS at the top of the launcher window. Click on SAFE MODE. I think that returns the vid settings to something easily supported.

    Once you are in the game and can read screens, go to the in-game options (escape), and look at the graphics settings and see if half-resolution is enabled. If so, turn it off.

    Alright well I did what you said. I put it in Safe Mode but its still unreadable. Am starting to think its the Screen I have, its small so, Am thinking it has to do with the screen.
