Help

Can someone please direct me to where I can get help with this issue??
It seems like I'm in the wrong place because I've not gotten any responses

I've checked my trace patch, most days good, some days one or two on columns is not good.

Nettest ports all show good 98% of checks.

I've ran ipconfig/release & ipconfig/renew several times.

After 2 weeks of struggling with disconnect issues and getting my ISP to up my package,I logged in
on the first day of season 6,I got into game, noticed alot of nice changes in game and my fleet page.I had my M.A.C.O. rifle on my back.

The game crashed.I re-booted,checked my trace, nettest and went through ipconfig/release & ipconfig/renew.All looked good.Logged in and got two hours of game play.Tried to log in this morning and I crashed again.

I started launching game through Steam & that seemed to help my disconnect issues before season 6 came out

I've read through the stickys and still have not found a fix to my issue. If I've missed a sticky, can someone direct me to that sticky,Thank you.

Below is the message I get when the game crashes.

try force verify on the launcher, also try turning off your antivirus, and defrag your harddrive, when you have put in your usename and pass on launcher before pressing engage check options and make sure fullscreen is unchecked
