OK, so this gets me:
Updated the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship, Cardassian Galor, and Ferengi D'Kora so they have bonus HP, bonus shields, and an additional console slot so they are competitive with the fleet ships.
and from the Priority One Shipyard interview we have that we need to buy C-Store schematics for higher tier ships and own C-Store ships (for the console and skin) to get an upgraded C-Store Fleet ships. So does this mean, we have to buy the C-Store ships, grind up to a Tier 5 shipyard and be at the grace of our fleet to build us a Fleet ship with our C-Store Ships Schematic to get our Fleet tier ship? That is at as much as $25 for the base ship, time and another who knows how much for the schematic, possibly putting the ship value at over $30 of our fleet doesn't end up stealing the schematic for the greater good of the fleet?
I would love an explanation, please. I already bought most of the high end ships.

Now shaddup about the queues, it's a BUG
It's a big pile of bull made specifically because Cryptic doesn't care about you unless you're gambling on lock boxes?
a new lockbox that has a chance to drop a lockbox firing lockbox cannon . . . brilliant!
Replace it with a lockbox lol

Balance once more kicked in the family planing.
Fewer ships being upgraded or being upgradeable is not a good thing. More ships being upgradeable is good.
I'd like to see solutions for the Excelsior, the Dreadnaughts, the Kar'fi, and the Atrox as well.
SO what? WHen S6 hits my Jem'Hadar attack ship magically gains these new boosts?
As long as I don't have to buy a **** ton of master keys to get a new one, Being in a fleet kinda means I'm already going to be set for the T5 boosted vessels which means only a time investment.
To get some of the more advanced Fleet ships your going to need some kind of a crafting schematic which you need to buy in C-Store, was mentioned in Priority one interview.

Everyone who's pissed now. Imagine how much more pissed you'd be if you'd sunk $200+ just to get one of these only to find out they're going to be outclassed by a ship that could cost cumulatively no more than $40-ish.
As much as this is going to TRIBBLE balance over in the short term, in the long haul things will even out.

so what the lockbox ships are not being left behind boohoo you have to play in a fleet to upgrade cstore ships. whats the problem
Because the word is we need to pay extra in order to actually upgrade such ships?
yes u need to pay fleet credits not cpoints it doesnt cost u anything

Except that the bug ship, the best escort in the game, got a buff of like 3k shields, 2k hull and another tactical console slot (to 5 slots). And one only got that ship by paying lots of cash or hundreds of millions EC.

It sounded to me like *all* fleet ships from the starbase will need a C-store token as well as crafting materials in order to be acquired.

If you already have that ship, if its one you have already bought you dont need to buy the schem.
Its just there to stop people making c-store ships without buying them on the c-store.
It's actually quite a good system.
For Example, I have the Defiant, i bought it from the C-Store. When i want to make the fleet upgraded version i will not need to buy the schem as i have already unlocked the schem because i have bought the ship on the c-store.
But If i didnt have the Defiant, if i'd chosen not to buy it from the C-Store. If i wanted to make a fleet upgraded version of it i would need to buy the schem (probably the same price as the original ship and comes unlocks the basic ship also).
Listen to the priority one interview again. its stated quite clearly.

It will be a precedent that any ship you pay Cryptic for will, in the future, be used as yet another mean to get cash from you otherwise you'll see your initial investment become mostly worthless.
I would not purchase any cstore ship if the existing cstore vessels are not upgraded at the very least in bridge officer stations.
I would also complain about ships that people have spent real money on becoming outclassed being a bad business practice, but Cryptic just doesn't seem to care
Take for example the T5 Nebula. That ship has been nerfed nonstop and is now a useless TRIBBLE thanks to the way Cryptic destroyed science abilities and turned the game into a silly escort-centric DPS-only game. Its boff layout is now obsolete given the ships that have been released since and the ship itself is already behind in shield/hull stats (new escorts have literally the same hull/shield for all practical purposes). Where is the 'fleet' upgrade for that ship? It doesn't exist unless you pay to upgrade the damn thing. THAT is wrong and its nothing more than a reason for buyer's remorse when it comes to cstore ships.
(not to mention its console is also completely useless in PVE and in PVP).
Player A spends money on a ship. Player B spends money on a ship.
Player B's ship gets buffed up to match fleet ships
Player A has to grind for months to unlock the privilege of buying their fleet ship 'upgrade' for fleet credits.
The source of the anger should be obvious.
And just for the record, some people with the lockbox ships got them without spending a penny of real money.
