Server Stability Problem

Ever since the patch on the 5th I haven't been able to maintain a stable connection to STO for more than 10 mintues at a time. My character will start to stutter and jerk positions on a map then i will be dropped altogether. I was just wondering, is anyone else experiencing this?

    Yes, there's already a couple threads on it although usually is after every patch.

    Please provide the results of the two tests in this sticky and we can see if we see anything:
