Lag and Rubberbanding in STO

I hear there has been trouble on the East Coast, but I thought I report that I'm also experiencing Rubberbanding and frequent disconnects with STO.

Monitoring my internet connection and I don't believe its an ISP issue since we just had our Internet lines replaced and my latency is at around 40-50 ms.

So hope you guys can look into this issue on your end.

Pretty sure it's not just the east coast. I'm in Arizona and I haven't been able to launch the game or stay connected tonight.

Yes Its Been Getting Worse in the few Months ive been Playing.
kicked off server several times in an hour
endless snap backs and pauses that mean you die while the enemy attack
and you cant do dam thing
have deleted Game will pick it up again in a month

shame
as its one of the best mmo ive ever played
huge amounts of solo missions(unlike dcuo)
and the missions/plots are clearly written by fans of the shows

maybe they should buy a few more "shards"

Im in mexico and all last week and this week is disconnecting all over the place
even i format the pc and download the game againg and install evething I dont know whats happenening but its getting worse so we need someone to fix this
