    Can I ask why? :(

I get the point from a war point of view, but dang it this cuts into Subspace Radio parties and that's just not acceptable! :P

It would have been nice if there was a warning that the server was going down, I was in an Colony Invasion. Would have been nice to have an in game warning, was not paying attention to the forums!

Test servers go down randomly at any given time. Thus the nature of them :P

Any word on the USB headphone sound bug in the fleet spaces?

also there are still quite a few Interaction icons for linked objects.

Umm, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the price range for one CP 50-500 dil? And shouldn't 100 Zen equal to 80 C-Points? That would lead to beleive that the current valid range should be 40-400 dil per Zen.

Apparently, players can expect dilithium to continue losing value.
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

"The Contribute Button for projects is now disabled if a player doesn't have contribution permissions."

    Ummm...

Does this essentially mean that a Fleet Leader can effectively lock out any member of a fleet from getting SB-xp's any time they want for any reason...
(or does this just block Non-Fleet members?)

If it's the former..., I don't see this ending well...

My Solo+Alt's Fleet, is increasingly looking better and better with each new patch.

Can't this be set to be on, until turned off.???

My Tribble Fleet Leader hasn't been in-game for over a week now and as a lower fleet member I can no longer donate to fleet projects.

Not much sense in me testing anything to do with Star Bases anymore.

Indeed. Things get curiouser and curiouser. I may have to get an solo + alt fleet setup myself.

The exclusion of non fleet members on SB takes a element of fun out. Fleets should be able to invite visitors to the SB

Let's be honest Dave... If a fleet leader is that level of a douche, he dosen't deserve a fleet, and people should leave.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Agreed... but you know this is going to happen...

People get PO'd at each other all the time...

IMO..., This shouldn't be designed from the beginning, to Create Rage & Acrimony among players.

Also, as I said above, my Tribble Fleet Leader hasn't been in-game for a week now...

How the Hell am I supposed to continue to TEST this new stuff if I can't Donate to the projects??

It seems that this new system is mostly going to be a Fleet Destroyer...

    That's very disturbing and sad.

Because opposing faction players could kill Starbase vendor NPCs would be my guess :) (Was interesting as that's how Ship Bridges worked in the oriinal STO beta, IE An oppossing faction player beamed in, was immediatly attacked by oppossing NPCs and it was kill or be killed.)

Not only can they restrict people from donating, but they can restrict people from purchasing too.

Fleet Leader: Just donated 10,000 dilithium? Great! I'll buy everything now thanks.

This made me giggle a bit ...

    • Updated the Miranda available in the Dilithium store.
      • It?s now correctly the version that players receive as their first spacecraft.

... how long have people been asking for their Miranda back?

Quite some time now... though infrequently over the last several months...

I just wish They had let it keep the tiny extras the Z-Store one had...

Would have actually made it worth 8000 Dilithium.

For the new holstering things, I think a new shoulder strap needs to be added to the character creator, because it just looks like this huge thing is floating on the back now.

Also, a repeat for the T4 Maurading BOFF: is that EVER going to get fixed?

Also, I think some signs should be added to the Officer of the Watch and the turbolift. I have a hard time figuring out where they're at.

The Officer of the Watch was kinda interesting, even if it felt like something an Ensign should do cataloging the ground weapons.

Funny that the Borg tractor beam resistance update has had to wait for such a long time. This will improve STF functionality a lot. Same with less damage of the Borg cutting beam. I noticed that some of the fleet starbase content hasn't even been released on Tribble yet, so I guess we have to wait for August until it's moving to Holodeck, right (due to testing purrposes)? An official announcement with a new official release date for Season 6 would be really nice, so players know what to expect in terms of delays.

I see it's going into the right direction, but only just recently. I hope we'll see a lot more progress from now on. :) I like what I've seen on Tribble the last few days.

By the way, there are other objects (not only the Nandi) that can't be interacted properly if they move or you move, such as the freighters in the first space bit of "Under the Cover of Night" or the asteroid in "Saturday's Child" where you get an accolade from scanning it. Especially the freighters can be a pain in the back to be scanned, since you need to scan them before getting to the next part in the first place.

      • Beam Overload/Fire-at-Will version has had its reduction effects reduced to -2.5/-5/-7.5/-10, while its chance has been increased to 50%

    Systems:

Not sure if better or worse..
    • UI:
    • Updated the max price of one Zen on the Dilithium exchange to 750 Dilithium.
    • This is part of the conversion to Zen.
    • The valid price range is now 50 to 750.

 Well gee... as if the Skyrocketing prices on the Dilithium Exchange wasn't bad enough.. now you can go up to 750 Dilithium per "Zen" point? Wonderful... Make it harder on the F2Pers to grind out Zen points and eaiser for those with Zen to make Dilithium in order to manipulate the market.. Wonderful Idea.
