Name not changing to log in.

Not sure if this is the right place, but I've encountered a problem. After switching to Perfect World from Cryptic, I have my game remember my account name. Well, it still remembers my Cryptic name, but not my PW name so I have to type it in every time. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem - though I just added a number to the end of my account name, so it's not that big of a deal.

Yep. It's been like that ever since they added the option to link accounts. Lots of people have reported it. Hopefully they will fix it at some point.

Yeah its still not fixed I put in a ticket 3 days ago I felt I had given them enough time to resolve this issue but apparently its not a big on their to do list.

If everything is as it normally is they most likely are not going to look at any of our tickets until we keep on and on for months. My last ticket took about 6 months for someone to get back in touch with me.

OK I'm replying to thread 4 now. Hope they notice soon. Reported this over 6 months ago. No fix. No reply by PWE or Cryptic. Hope they fix it soon. Really annoying. Still hoping if I get enough of these threads grouped together they might notice and fix it. Thanks.
