Custom Avatars Now Available (0 C-Store Points/ Zen :P)

Hi Captains!

Custom Avatars are available once again :D

To upload your avatar, visit this link: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/profile.php?do=editavatar (select the "Use Custom Avatar" radio button and then upload your image by clicking on "Choose File")

This link is currently not available in the UserCP, but we're trying to get it in there. UPDATE 7/9: The link to edit your Avatar has now been added to the UserCP section :)

Avatars must be no bigger than 80x80 pixels (old forums used to be 100x100, but we can't use any bigger than 80x80 at this time) and 19.5KB in size. They also have to heed the forum rules found here.

    I hate these new avatars. They're nothing like the ones on the old Cryptic forums.

    Now if only I could get it to let me use my old avatar...keeps telling me "upload of file failed" no matter how much i shrink the image or lower the quality.

    EDIT: Apparently it actually took the image, but tells me that the upload failed anyway.

    the community team have really outdone themselves with all the hard work they have put in to make this transition successful. everything after this is gravy, major props to you guys. please make it automatically subscribe to thread when we post in them, thats the only major thing missing now.
