Locked out of the game

So, i've been locked out of STO the whole day. [URL="[URL=http://imgur.com/9aC3y][IMG]http://i.imgur.com/9aC3y.jpg?1[/IMG][/URL]"][/url]
thats the error that i get when i try to log in. Anybody else ever get this? I linked the cryptic and PWE accounts about 3 days ago. Everything's been fine until this morning. PWE has that "we'll get back to you in 3 or 4 days "-thing which takes sucking to a whole new level when it comes to tech support. However, I?m just curios to know if anyone else has gotten this problem? Was it resolved? how?
I downloaded champions online to see if i could log in to a different game and i can't. Seemes i'm locked out of any PWE game.
I'm having some serious withdrawal symptoms here. Any info is apreciated.
