So, I found some hidden tents on Risa. Therein, I also found a Hirogen helmet, some Jem'Hadar blade weapons, a cult amulet, candles, books of witch spells, and several live tribbles ripe for sacrifice. This certainly looks like the Risian Death Cult to me. I think I officially discovered the source of the skeletons in the fire pits.
