Problem is, all of humanity qualifies when you really analyze it, genetics has nothing to do with it as we have much more common origins than most realize. Just gotta take the good with the bad. This generation has just been dealt a bad hand, that's all. Even Einstein said human stupidity was infinite long ago, nothing has changed, humanity has been a box of rocks from the start whether one believe in evolution or creation. But it has become easier and more accepted for people to be stupid these days, cause there is an erosion of culture and values that bind people together with a sense of unity and concern for each other and their conduct.
I've learned a lot from both observing and counseling different people over the years that I can certainly testify to what the real problem is in this world, upbringing. There is no guidance anymore. People are just lost and confused and need a reaching hand to help, at least if they are willing to listen. Some people I can deprogram, some I can't cause they are too far strayed from any logic at all.
