You are correct on the size,. The Tiger Moth was made for training new pilots. Whereas the Boeing Model 40 was intended as a mail carrier. It was also used as an early airliner, with the ability to carry a maximum of four passengers.
And the engine, de Havilland Tiger Moth was fitted with the Gipsy Major, which is an inline engine. The Boeing Model 40 originally used the inline Liberty V12 engine, the same as used by the Airco DH.4. By the C model, Boeing fitted them with the Pratt & Whitney Hornet R-1690, which is a rotary engine.

oh, he did...at first, i couldn't understand why i was facing ships that appeared to be using proton weaponry, but when they started laying hirogen cloaking tractor mines, i realized what they were - and also realized what i took for proton beams were actually the new destabilizing tetryon weapons

i would actually think they'd use disruptors like most other races, but they're hunters so using hirogen as a base works out well, except for the weapons they use...remind me again why cryptic doesn't allow modification of placed mob stats?
if i could actually take any given ship and modify its HP/gear/powers as i wished, i might actually bother learning the foundry

It is not a joke. Look at the suit, and you can clearly see it is RUBBER! Basically, it is a striped 7 of 9 suit. Tigres are NOT made of rubber. Now if and when Cryptic gives a FUR suit that has stripes, then (and only then) I will let you have your tigre coat. But not while you are wearing a rubber suit. The only thing that rubber suit will ever look like is a prison uniform.
