cannot link my cryptic account to PWE

Hi,

I cannot link my cryptic account to my PWE account.

I get the following error:

The account you are trying to link is already linked to a different account. If you feel you are receiving this in error, please contact customer service.

Yes, it is an error since I never linked the account before and I play with my cryptic account as usual.

I have created ticket # 120620-000391 on 06/20/2012 and I have received no reply yet...

Can you please help me?
