*Any research they put into resisting Soa's influence has limited results. Technologically they aren't quite able to understand how his telepathic influence works as even those immune to standard telepaths are only able to resist exposure to a certain degree. Some individuals appear to be outright immune to it but there us no biological reason for this.*
