Release of Season Six

    Expect it last week of July, maybe rolling over into August. It is come earlier it will be a pleasant surprise. Also, there is no guarantee that Fleet Starbases will be released with the launch of Season 6, so I am planning on September for those.

    Expect season 6 sometime this year. Cryptic really are hopeless at sticking to any form of timetable...

    How much longer? Pray that it's not released until it's done.

    Every so often some bugs slip into the production servers. Sometimes they're huge and they bring things to a screeching halt. Sometimes they're considered miniscule and linger, and linger, and linger to the point where you have to ask if they're a bug or a feature, if something is 'working as intended.'

    So in short, let them take what time they need. It will cut down on the chance of a showstopper bug or a 'lingering feature-bug' from appearing.

    it was said JULY will be when its released.... doesnt say when in july, just in july.

    i am hoping this week, we need to be able to test it before it launches. We need to figure out where all the bugs are in it and hopefully hash it out prior to Season 6 Fleet Star Base Launch in July!

    This seems to be taking ages.How much longer until season 6 is here??????
    I am bored out of my mind with repeating the same old missions and patrols.
    Most of the foundry stories are not much better.
    Perhaps the cereal man himself Mr Branflakes can start to give us some new information please. Bran if you do see this,whats going on please???? all this waiting is getting abit too much.

    Season 6 is on Tribble right now if you want to give it a spin.

    As for the full release... I'd rather not rush them - the less bugs the better! :smile:

    done right please... that being said.. anything that works and isnt part of starbases... surrender it to holodeck muhahahaha :D

    i still like to think this is not just a new season but a whole new start. Be patient, the longer they take on it, the more it will be worth it, its like waiting for food, do you want it now and half cooked? or do you wait for it and enjoy the suculent taste? (yes its coming to lunch time here, leave me alone)

    Given the choice, I'd rather wait till october or november to have season 6, fully build and all major bugs fixed, than have it on schedule.

    Quite frankly, I hate having rushed buggy seasons released and it's getting quite trivial.

    Sure there will always be bugs, but I prefer to have the gamebreakers gone, before they release anything this time... The small ones I can live with.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    i must admit that since playing some of Season 6 on Tribble, Holodeck now seems like a place lacking in things to do.
    Can't come soon enough for me.

    My guess for it hitting Holo is the week of july 12, we'll get more details on the date as that time nears.

    Season 6 will be available from the C/Zen store for a yet to be determined amount of gold pressed lobi points.

    Based on comments by devs that Season 6 (starbases) would be on TRIBBLE for at least a couple weeks, I have placed an estimated start date of July 12-19, although I am thinking of extending that another week until July 23.

    And if you haven't been paying attention to the test shard patch notes, technically Season 6 content has been on TRIBBLE since May 23.

    No, it will come in a lockbox.

    have to remeber, the States do have the 4th of July coming up as well, which unless their Asian slave masters keep them chained up and working for, they will be having off to celebrate.

    I predict.. that Season 6, will.. be released... sometime.. in the near future.... perhaps... when it's ready.. to hit holodeck...
