That depends, if it's quantum locked 4 seconds ahead of my at the end of the universe then the quantum lock would be destroyed 4 seconds before everything my time thus throwing the win back 4 seconds, just enough time to activate a pre-charged temporal drive back to a safe point in time. But would the quantum lock be destroyed when the object it was locking was destroyed, and if it were destroyed allowing the object to be reverted to a normal time frame would that not indicate the temporal lock didn't exists in the first place as the win would be in two places at once. Which would create a paradox!
