What pressure? They don't care about the forums. We're a "vocal minority". Most players will probably get their boff and either won't even bother changing its appearance, or will just get over it, while they throw their money at a brand new lock box.
Cryptic likes their numbers, and their numbers still supposedly say that "not many people play the KDF faction". As such, their issues get a lower priority on Cryptic's schedule.
And it's always been like this. KDF has dozens of various bugs and issues that haven't been touched for years. Marauding boff is just one example.
I also spoke with Tacofang about making the Marauder bridge officers to be customisable. He said no such plans exist......:mad:

Now not even old customized Marauding BOFFs can be traded to other KDF/KDF Romulans because the Marauding BO is, unlike the Federation Counterpart Characterbound.

It seems like Tacofangs doesn't know about the issue and hasn't even looked at it.
If it were a Boff with a fixed design which couldn't be changed, like the Photonic Maco, the Breen or Reman Boffs, it wouldn't be so much of an issue.
Anyone who ever just took a look at the tailoring system or what the Marauding Boffs look like that it's clearly something that just can't be intended.

Absolutely, you can edit some things like the head, body sliders, but when you try to save you will get: "[System] [Failed] Outfit uses invalid parts" and the BO will revert back to the same bland generic clone settings.
