I was able to open the launcher earlier but i couldnt log in, now i can even connect to the autoupdater

It keep saying ''Trying to update the launcher. Please be patient. Tried connecting 1 time''

And the Star Trek website is very very slow to load

Every other game and website are working fine

    i have the same problem

    launcher says
    trying to update the launcher
    please be patient
    tried connecting 1 time

says this for about a minute then

pops up with an error message

the patchclient got a message while it was in a state with no response function

what if anything did you do to correct this issue?

and has anyone else encountered this issue?

I was playing fine. Went to ESD and crashed. Now so much for playing. The launcher won't get past 'Patching'

I had some problems with STO launcher and the only thing that resolved was cleaning the cache of Internet Explorer. It is a good suggestion if you are having problems with launcher.

How did you shovel this marble up?

You do know about the 30-day inactivity rule? Last reaction was from 2011..

    Nerf is OP, plz nerf
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.

I call it, the Stoutes paradox.

This thread is an ancient artifact (after no posts for 30 days or more) and it must now be put in the thread museum where it can be forgotten by everyone except thread archaeologists.
