I am not ashamed to admit that I think LT Subbers should always maintain some Exclusive Content. I know many people think everyone should have equal options, but I think that non Pre-Order LT Subbers did not send $200-$300 to Cryptic to get STO off the ground. I had faith in STO (largely due to my love of the IP) and I want that show of faith to be symbolized by something tangible in game, something more than "I do not have to pay a sub fee."
To non LT Subbers, please stop acting like LT Subbers are big meanies who want to keep all the cool stuff from everyone else who is not able or willing to pony up the $$$ for a LT Sub. Stop victimizing and whining and just buy a LT Sub if you want the goodies. Remember, we are not saying we are better than you, we just paid more. Knock that chip off your shoulders please.

Only true for most subbers. A subber that has played for 700 or more days has paid more than a lifer. If a subber pays as much money as a lifer for their subscription, then they should get the same reward. After all, there is some reason that they can't get the lifetime so saying want to get the liberated borg get the lifetime subscription disrespects them. I am willing to classify anyone that has played the game for 600 days, but is still a subber as an honorary lifer and will contribute more to Cryptic's coffers than a lifer.
