Including plain leather boots with no pointy bits?
Including existing costume bits locked off by race? Which is the bulk of what's been added since launch, and thus useless if you're not a Nausiccan or Orion.
The team continues to release Klingon improvements with every major update, and Season 4 will be no different. KDF costume customization options, new Gorn, new KDF tutorial, Start as a KDF with your first toon, KDF Duty Officer Assignments, releveleved KDF PVE content, opening up more KDF sectors - its all in the works.
As I've said in numerous interviews - don't take me at my word - just look at my track record for making the improvements that I said we would with the KDF and judge by that.
Thank you for all this. It's a good start towards fixing the KDF.
However, the thing that concerns me is what I highlighted in red. You also spoke about this in this month's Ask Cryptic:
Q: Cheysuli When will we see more love for the Klingons?
A: As with other prior Season releases, Season 4 will have a healthy dose of Klingon PVE including the ability to create a KDF faction character as your first character. A new tutorial that works for both Fed and KDF characters, as well as the Klingon Academy as a starting hub for Klingons. We are also redoing QonoS and hope to have several in the neighborhood missions available for players who want to run mission on and around QonoS. We will be re-leveling featured episodes to make them part of the KDF PVE progression, opening up new sectors, and potentially converting more patrols to KDF variants. The KDF will also have unique duty officer assignments they can run with their new duty officers. All of this adds up to a lot of options for PVE leveling a KDF faction character so that as we get back on schedule with Feature Episodes, the KDF are in a much stronger starting position from Season 4 on.
Which means "Re-leveled Content" will be nothing new... you're basically going to make new KDF characters wait until certain levels before a Featured Series unlocks. In essence, plugging holes with stuff you have on hand so you don't have to develop new content there??
Please correct me if I'm wrong but it seem like more corner cutting. This might be ok for someone completely new to the game. But an existing Fed player who decides to make a KDF toon post Season 4 will have to grind before they can do a FE (which they've probably already done on their Fed).
I know you're trying to fill the content gaps but this isn't what we've been asking for.
When will Klingons get NEW FACTION-SPECIFIC episodes that enrich and progress The Empire's story?
Will you at least have someone identify KDF Foundry missions that can be used to fill content gaps as official episodes (Which would then grant normal mission and item rewards)?
i bet 10 mill EC, that the 'new content' for KDF, assumed any will come with that oh so big season 4, will not have 1 single gameplay-improvement for a lvl 51 character.

Those cool April Fool's tribbles with teeth would be cool for the KDF to have. Kinda like Klingon tribble augments that only eat other tribbles.
Hey, it's better that what we've got now.

I still cannot believe you said that.
when players are wanting more and more content and feel that it comes slow this only makes players do a double face palm.
