SaDly i gave up on calling the Breen ship to service
as i'm crashing out so many times trying to ice race for it
i cant get anything done...
i'm hoping to see one some time that you have .
Best of luck coming off your Holiday Breaks..
You wouldn't happen to have another system you could try it on? One of the first things that come to mind when STO has issues is to grab my notebook and try it on there. That was how I identified the ATI issue with the Devidian mission that takes you down into the depths of Drozana. Cryptic may be one to blame the end users a lot for issues but this game isn't exactly in the best condition. Proving to their support team that it's their fault also is satisfying!
Did everyone have a great Christmas and was Santa good to you?

Money, chocolate, a framed Ent-D print (I bought the print at Destination Star Trek London but my parents had it framed) and some soldering tips.
And from me to me I brought some games and DLC on STEAM, and airbrush set (complete with compressor), an Airfix M3 Lee/Grant kit (and a tinlet of paint for it) and the "Phantom: Requiem For The Phantom" Anime series DVD set.
EDIT: I also brought myself a DCC Sound decoder & speaker.

Sorry to hear your Christmas wasn't the greatest, solace! It is nice to see that Dawson had a great one! Mine was great also! Money, jeans, candy, chocolate, candy, Crysis 3 pre-order, candy, chocolate, gift cards for my coffee shop, candy, chocolate, a DVD of Christmas Vacation (have it on Blu-Ray, and more candy!

I asked. It's up to you if you decide to share. A new year is almost upon us. Hopefully 2013 will be better for you.
Fair enough. And I need a rant. If you don't want to hear the rant, just skip the blacked text down the the important part.

To make a long story short(er), three weeks ago my Grandmother died, two weeks ago I got dumped, my sister practically disowned my family, I may never get to see my nieces and nephews ever again.
My computer died, I lost all of my schoolwork, half of my scholarships, all my digital comics (I had Valarian Comics! Those things have been out of print for DECADES!), basically I managed to save my music and a few precious photographs. Everything else is gone forever.
Then I got sick, i'm still sick, and now I have an ear infection, a wisdom tooth coming in (the entire left side of my face is in excruciating pain.) As well as a few other things I wish to keep private for the time being.
[/angryemotionalrant]
And through it all I've had you guys. I've never met most of you, and most likely never will, but I am thankful to have you all as friends. I have never stuck with an MMO as long as I have with STO, and it's because of people like you. The players, the forumites and the Devs.
Very sorry to hear all of that, solace! However, that just means things can only get better. I consider myself very lcky to still have my grandparents and had lost my Great Gran this past summer at the age of 99. Getting dumped is never fun regardless of the time of year. Try to take in a positive way. She's the one missing out, not you! You can also apply that to family as well. That infection doesn't sound good! Get some serious meds to deal with that because they won't take your teeth out with an infection that bad.
When it comes to the the 10ite community. This is what keeps me playing STO. I came to this game to play with a friend of mine from highschool. He left, I kept playing and found this amazing group of people! Taking time out for a 2 month vacation, I did miss them while I was away and rarely in-game as a result. As boring, repetative, and uncreative as STO gets at times (boring grinds and crappy content with little to no effort involved in making it), it's the people and Z especially that keep me here. She really is the greatest gift I could ever have wished for! The one thing STO has going for it that has been here before the game launched and will be here until the game goes offline for good is... the incredible people that make up the playerbase.
HAPPY FRIDAY!!! A new year is quickly approaching!

Does anyone know if there is going to be a 50th Anniversary edition DVD and Blu-Ray set coming out next year?

Watching the Doctor Who marathon on BBC in the early part of the day on and off.
Evening wise,Mario Kart-a-thon with my folks bout 3 hours before midnight followed by the Times Square ball drop on ABC, then, more than likely, followed by more Mario Kart

So what's everyone's New Year's resolutions for the upcomign year?
Am I allowed to pick, to spend more time on you?! I don't usually make resolutions for the simple reason that I do not need a specific day to commit to doing something I feel the need to.
