  • This was my responce when i asked them what was going on about the loss of my missing items.... -ticket response removed- so who is exactly dealing with my issue? Is it tech support or customer service as it seems like all 'Customer support' are trying to do is pass the buck, so to speak.

  • Only doing what Customer support advised. The bug seems to be fixed now anyway, but the other issue still hasn't been resolved but that's a customer support issue

  • you need so many Vitae per 'level' to gain next lvl, plus each lvl lets you progress further along the primal 'quest'

  • I'm Arcane Sky VIII and it's my 1st time reborn ( i'm lvl 100 reborn first time ) Several people i know have said they didn't receive the vitae too so was trying to work out if it's a glitch or something

  • agreed, but this is PWI remember, out to take as much coins from you as possible to try to make you buy gold. If i was to part with my hard earned real life money, i'd expect something more substantial than just a poxy blue card, that's for sure

  • And why shouldn't High lvls actually get an item that is actually USEFUL to them for once? PWI want to keep people playing, it isn't as if it's coming out of their own pockets is it. It's just pixels on a computer screen, not REAL items you can buy from a shop. Maybe it MIGHT actually show that PWI DO care about it's…

  • I agree, in all the years of playing, i have NEVER seen a lvl 8 item with +5 refines -,- why oh why do they do stuff like this? don't they realise what they are doing is a complete waste of time to the higher lvls? seems a bit like levelism to me, trying to keep the low lvls coz they know hardly anyone is joining any more…

  • Well, i just did it on my alt mule account & because there is only 1 char on there, it worked. Must be a problem with people having more than 1 alt on an account
