Its not 15% of the amped skill itself. The values arent even near 15% amplification. its a 15% debuff effect it gives, amping all dmg taken by 15%.

The part of the 15% bonus its the part not working. It makes NO SENSE that the 15% aplpies to the own skill, read the non-sage skill description, and no where the 15% is the values it increases from the normal version to sage rofl.. the 15% is a debuff caused by thunderball while the DOT is applied. Since last patch i noticed: HUGE lag spikes. Not only me but from all my faction from different part of the world, and aswell as No more fun FC runs, so now people on 87-95 does NOTHING to lvl except daily quests, cause there is no quest left giving more then 50k exp. GG.
