I sure hope a GM would never ban someone for PKing. If players don't like others PKing lowbies then the players should do something about it. It cheapens the game if GMs interact too much.

Also dont forget pure dex is also easy mode. Put a point in MAG every level and your kills are pro.

The only way I see VIT helping is when you draw aggro from a boss mob. It will help you tank an extra hit. In PVP and PVE it is all about killing so fast you never get touched. I use Relentless Courage, Extreme Poison, and Frenzy in PVP. I have just enough STR in my genie to cast Relentless Courage and Extreme Poison at the same time, the rest is in DEX. Although I am considering scrapping Relentless Courage for something else since the channel decrese isnt much compared to a channel speed pot.

certainly we agree you must have just misunderstood me. if you have 94 STR and you equip something that requires 94 STR and also gies you 7 str than you will have 101 STR and be unable to have any lower and still equip that piece of equipment.

You cant use the STR from something to equip it. Therefor if you are level 90 and a piece of your 90 equipment gives 7 STR than the lowest amount of STR that you can have is 101.

The HH80 armor is the best. It has DEX and greate defense. The extra HP from the lvl78 armor is more than neglibable. Seems the 78 armor has a better reputation than it deserves. But I wont judge, I guess it is/was cheap.

I never had problems killing mobs. At level 86, I one shot mobs my own level (and im not talking only about weak mobs). Best I could come up with is a 3 star +10 DEX lvl 85 protection belt. Slightly less DEX than the quest reward belt but unlike the quest belt it is refineable.

Why the elemental shards in your weapon?

Sky demon can give you 8 dex. As a pure dex archer I think the 200-300 hp is barley worth the trade off. Especially since I wouldn't be able to make it to 31% crit with just a few extra dex. Even as a hardcore dex advocate there comes a point that you cant ignore a huge HP boost.

I'd also like to know a formula so I can see if using Mastadon rings is worth the 40 million coin price tag vs. the 3 mil price tag of the Heavenly Lords. No luck finding anything yet tho.

Every upgrade in this game is one negligible change after another. But they add up. 440 dex and 450 dex are not that much different, but neither is 3 vit and 13 vit. Gaining 100hp when your equipment is giving you 1500+ doesn't make a difference. But neither does .5% crit and a couple hundred attack make much difference…

Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Mathmatically speaking though there is an objective measure of the case value. You can use pwdatabase to get the statistics and check the math.

A reasonably equipped pure dex archer should rarely get hit by a mob. Reducing attack and especially crit % increases the odds of being hit. You'll need the extra HP if you dont go pure. The thing about vitality is that you can always add HP through other means. Dex however gives you attributes that are not easily obtained through sharding.
