AEU (If you have been collecting the orders) + 30 mins of PV can get you a few % a day at 104 but that also requires you to do 6+ runs in PV while soloing it. But, it is possible to level up quick now if you have the proper gear and do quick runs.

No faction may lose on purpose or decide the victor through non in game mechanics. This is the rule they are enforcing that can be taken in so many ways.......yeah

something like that happened on DW server, a faction attacked another and had a 3 hour fight and the leader of the the attacking faction got banned due to "Not having the intention to win"
