WTF PWI are you trying to stop people buying R9?

I've just done the calculations and the G16 Nirvy set+the G16 upgraded warsoul weapon(nation wars) is more powerful in atk lvls and only just under powered in mag atk(so in the end, more powerful) then full R9, so basically you could be more powerful with G16 Nirvy and the upgraded warsoul weapon (by the way, is alot cheaper to get now with nation wars) than full R9.




what are you doing PWI?

    G16 Nirvana looks like some child-made joke compared to 3rd cast R9 + all the new OP rings/warsouls/capes/tomes/heck!

    R9 2nd/3rd cast isn't exactly the next "Step" only 4 people on my server have 2nd or 3rd recast, only one person with full 3rd cast, only one with full 2nd cast, and the 2 others is a barb and a mystic, mystic only has weapon atm, barb only the armour.
    Now tell me it's the "next" step. more like an extra for rich people step.

    Might I just say, why NEW warsouls in this equation? you would in no way use the warsoul weapon if you had the 3rd cast weapon.

    Then you need to check out the rewards for the new Nation Wars more people will be getting the upgraded rank9. 3rd recast rank9 is easily farmable probably most have the sets ready the hardest part is the 2nd recast because of the excessive amount of uncannies and raptures you need, but now its not that hard to get. Of course it will take some time but you will see a lot more rank9 recast players on your server soon enough.

    I don't know for you, but on my server as far as I know there no one with the warsoul weapon while there's a bunch of people R9.

    That's due to the fact the normal(not upgraded) warsoul weapon in no way matches up to the R9 weapon, but the upgraded one does very much so.

    2nd cast r9 need 1200 canny and 300 raps for just one armor upgrade. Weapon needs 4 times that. Which means 4800 cannies and 1200 raps.

    Now with nation war, another way of getting canny and rap, it will be easier.

    Warsoul is in the equation because 3rd cast r9 don't need weapon for a set. Just 5 pieces of armor is full set. So u can substitute warsoul weapon using 3rd stage r9 armors.

    *edit* so in fact, pwi is forcing people to buy r9 for easy recast and upgrade!!

    Yes it might be easier, but that entirely depends on the amount of Supply Tokens distributed for participating :P. Personally I hope it is a good amount but nothing to damaging for the markets it will affect.

    might be a dumb question but where is everyone seeing these new gears? I know a nation wars forge is somewhere in the game but I havent found it yet

    Many ppl already quit cause the value of everything that able to farm are decrease. and now the reward makes people easy getting rapt and canny is just annoying. im just hoping our new CM can get the answer about this system reward.

    The above two posters tell you exactly why this change is good. You want the most OP gear in the gear, now you can farm it and get it for free. This is a dream come true for a F2P player.

    Sorry to sound insensitive BungaSakura, but that is just short sighted on the players part who quit. Players have been quitting PWI since every change is introduced. People keep on saying PWI is dead. It may be the people you know are not "pwi smart" so any change makes them feel like the gear spent years working now can be acquired by a noob super easy. Yes, it is unfair, but such is life. The start is always harder. That is why i don't really believe your post until i see how the NW plays out.

    Not that i care but it is only for jobless people that can play game 24/7, people that hardly play 2-3 hours a day not so much, either way, who cares, if game did not have changes everyone would complain and after a while quit anyway, when it does change everyone complain to quit but not many do.

    Wow, you only need to play this game for 4 hours a week. If life is that busy for you that you can't spare 4 hours in a week, maybe games should not be your thing. In those 4 hours, you can be at par with the OP people of your server. NW is 2 hours for 2 days, friday and sunday. Don't even need to play the rest of the week if you don't want to.

    It purely depends who you are and how you spend those 4 hours while online. If you're like some that farm hard or merchant hard in the 4 hours(in the right place), you very well may be able to achieve some of the considered 'OP' gear some have. In my opinion, it strongly depends on your circumstances though.

    I am possibly far too optimistic b:chuckle. Most 100+ people have the basic gear they want, just missing bits and pieces. This way i hope people can fill the pieces.

    to be honest i think ingame gear(non rank) should be better,r9 is played out.Gotta luv this world of cookie cutter toons huh?

    Who cares about how cool of gear you can farm---the op part comes from +10-12 refines and good gems.

    If they kill the economy with all the untradeables and devalue the farmable tradeables than how do you expect you are going to get anything that the folks who swipe thier card to buy gem pack/packs and dragon orbs want for trade? Those things are not in the game for free therefore you neeed something in the game that takes time and effort to farm that is tradeable for that.

    Seeming I personally am going R9 but am fully farming mine (non-cash shopper here) I would hope that I'm farming the gear with the best potential (2nd+3rd cast) to be upgraded, plus would every other person who cash shopped their R9.

    Do not forget that worthless cannys and raps are not only available g16 for everyone,but also available second recast of r9...
