I have been having this problem too, mainly with my 3x-6x characters. (all with permanant flyers) I've noticed that it mainly does not work when in water, but is not limited to that. I'm not sure if it is on all characters because I really don't pay that much attention.

I was able to get my blessing by clicking on the link in the directions under step 1 but not while clicking on the main link at the top

97 psy 3300 hp unbuffed accidentely didn't pay to pass room 47 - survived with crab meat, charm tick like crazy, second wind, bubble of life and barely survived - I run to not get hit by runny mobs and chance survival - would always recommend to pass room if you can.

The 30k contribution give you a ring that has +2 att lvl and +2 def lvl that can be used once per day. It is active for an hour (I think, haven't used it yet). I earned just 9k by myself and got 50 mirages, husband got 12-15k and got 100 mirages. Just have to make sure you get it before you leave.
