Okay got the quest when hit level 3 athro did quest quest went away got no book so...

do i get 100% to get the quest to buy the book from the Npc (not bookseller) or what?

76 Archer(Squishy Nuker)

    Ya i was told i should go back again i needed talk to him one more time and he sell it to me humm now how much it cost again ill bring 100k just in case.

    it costs 52xxx for the book, then go to elder to learn skill
