Hm I suppose so. I just don't really recommend it to newcomers. It's a very difficult and expensive endeavour, but I guess if your heart is set on it then there's nothing stopping you. Just don't expect an easy life for your character.

If you're only level 13 you should not be a HA build period. The reason being that you do not have enough stat points to make one. Venomancers mostly switch to HA builds around level 80 or 90 (90 is recommended) once they've bought and collected all their equipment which will give them the required stat boosts to allow…

Unless you're planning to use your arcane build for PvP you really shouldn't be getting hit, due to your pet as others have already mentioned. It takes a bit of practice but eventually you'll become pretty adept at avoiding receiving damage. Your low level is forgivable but I highly suggest working on that before you go…

Unless you're able to get a herc for solo modes (which tend to drop loss anyway..unless it's been changed since I've quit but it was never really reliable as a profitable instance) it's best to stick with parties.
