Mine's a little different but even it says ticket is accepted, it's actually not on the list nor do I get confirmation mail. Tried to email PWI and only then did I hear back but they didn't give me any explanation as to why tickets were not showing up.

Having same problem after actually getting booted out by server. I was in middle of FC run that took me an hr to put together and about 40 teles. FFS. One run and I'd've leveled. I demand PWI levels me up because I'd've levelled with the run they've ruined :p And it is only Archo server... wtf D:

TY. I'll maybe drop drakes to garnets then. Reason I'm not going R9 is cuz I already have R9 + full JoSD toon. I'm not interested in PvP or TW, at least not on this toon. So I need enough survivability for just solo PvE purpose really.
