The scammer gives someones pots/arrows or something similar, usually 2 arrows 1 pot. They then give the person being scammed some instructions and in the end they will tell you to drop the potion.. Dropping this potion results in your weapon slot being dropped.

Just curious, If you see a member of your faction being a jerk and farming a lv. 30 repeatedly, and let's say that level 30 was asking them to stop.
