I hope you checked on a 150 lv boss, not a normal mob. i can perma spark on my lvl bosses just fine. it only becomes apperent on lvl 150+ bosses

that is my point. they should either all be in the cash shop OR all be upgradable to the same speed otherwise you get unfairnes and unbalance the game. I know temporarely adding super fast wings to cash shop or in events quest(that require items from cash shop) spike profit margins for PWI .. i still think they are doing…
