Reduced Chi gains for Assasins again, when will it stop, OMG!!

I can't spark as much anymore and i'm demon 5Aps +10 >.<
Stop making my characters weaker with every expansion. i had to put soo much effort in it to make it decently strong!

I can see this as a threat if they nerfed chi income per hit, but noone else is QQ'ing on forums about it so I'm confused. Also I got 2 sins, 1 demon 1 sage both 5aps so this would change my whole playstyle if its big...

    I hope you checked on a 150 lv boss, not a normal mob. i can perma spark on my lvl bosses just fine. it only becomes apperent on lvl 150+ bosses

    Normal gear+Pangu+Wind shield genie(with high magic and lvl 1 wind, perma wind shield). I wish I could get 0.15 on daggers...

    Title says "Reduced Chi gains for Assasins again".

    A few questions:
    1) when was the first time they reduced chi gains for sins?
    2) How much chi do you get per hit unsparked? And sparked?
    3) What's your aps?

    I had to count a bit just to make sure while killing cardbosses and there is no change from what it was before patch. Nice troll though, made me check, lol.

    I noticed no difference when doing BH aba today in chi gains. Not going to test it because I would have already noticed if it was changed.
