Hi everyone, we're experiencing a character database issue on Harshlands and Raging Tides. Our engineers are checking into if and why the West coast DST restart might be affecting these two West coast servers. Please be patient with us while we troubleshoot the problem.

Periodically, we conduct live checks just to make sure everything is running smoothly. We have diagnostic tools in the back-end, but nothing quite works as well as actually testing with our own eyes.

Hi all, this was a deliberate change in anticipation of the DQ system's eventual takedown. While the functionality of DQ items remain (you may still sell them for points), our intention is to gradually phase out their usage.

Maybe it's a resolution setting? What res are you all running at? I run PWI clients in windowed mode as well and haven't run into this issue.

We're aware that the Public Quest gives a failure error, even though you're able to take the follow-up quest just fine. I've tested the rewards multiple times and have had no problems getting the correct rewards. Kablaab, can you give me specific reproduction steps on what causes the reward discrepancy once you find it?

Looks like this issue is sorted out. For what it's worth, our internal tests show no changes to Ultimate Domain's functionality.

Hi everyone, I need one of you to get me a video capture of what you were doing as the glitch occurs. (As in before the glitch happens. Sending me a video of the error message does not help me locate the precise problem). Without that, I do not have any way of finding out what's causing the problem.
