I got the Private Investigator title by finding the Harshland Seal, then went back to Snowy, same spot as earlier but didn't get any quest...also tried to click on daggers but nothing...what did I do wrong? What do you mean with "stand next to the seal"? Should I stand there for more time or do something specific? Help…
