Its been been well over a week - was Yee Yoon a temp NPC? I think it was one of the casualties of the new update that hasn't been fixed. Please fix- it was a great opp to improve stats and there was no indication int was temporary. I've told newer players about it- and they cant participate at all.b:sad Please fix this.

I've NPC'd a bunch, with regular DQ items in between, and they do not currently give DQ points. Biggest problem is they only stack 10 high- so they use inventory space really rapidly.
