    There is a glitch in the ARC redeem system where the system cannot recognise the server and characters of PWI which is a fault of development team and they admited it too.

    Customer Support have no role to play here they cannot send or fix this redeem system for you, when the whole redeem system is bugged or glitched.

    If the Support Staff starts sending out blessing then they have to hire 5 more people just to send out blessing whoever puts a ticket for a blessing which is practically just impossible.

    you can't read either I see. I asked who will send out the blessings and the answer is NO ONE so why fill this out?

    The point of giving out that specific information was so our engineer team could look at those accounts to see if there was some sort of similar issue within all of them, not so we could hand the blessings out manually.

    That being said, we think the issue should be fixed so please try and let me know.

    It actually did. We found that there was a similar case with all accounts regarding old delete_data files. Once we realized it affected practically everyone who posted their character name and server, we were able to get a fix out.

    Fixed for all my characters on Morai, thanks. More Jones' for Vorth :]

    Will you guys be working on that replacement DQ system next? I kinda miss my Cube of Fate runs... with do-alls on Morai now being sold for, I kid you not, 94K a pop... (Which is kinda odd since you can make them from 2 tokens, and token prices last I checked were around 24K).

    is the code system working? everytime i try to redeem a blessing by the codes from arc page it tells me there is an error ....

    Blessing codes are still not working, as of 5/23/2013- 5 pm eastern. This is going to be rather frustrating for NW tonight.

    Codes aren't working for me either.

    I get a red message saying internal error., whenever I try entering a code, and I'm sure it's not a mistype because I have ctrl C/ctrl V the code from their page.
