Once you've killed the miniboss, that portion of the quest is done, there is no more to do at level 65. However, the quest continues at level 69.

When you say "sprint at the cost of chi" this is already possible for BMs (except instead of chi it's mana). This skill is one of the things that makes BMs unique and fun to play, giving it to all players will basically take away one of the BMs skills.

Your email account probably wasn't "****" that really doesnt happen alot...you probably just told someone how to access your email account and they changed your password, it's your own fault.
