Anyone worth their salt in this forum knows that pwe moderators are pwi players who simply have the ability to lock edit and move threads. Thats about it. Don't get mad at the mods because pwe gives regular players power to run their **** but no actual knowledge of what is going on. That's on pwe.

So, rep becomes farmable for rank in primal patch, then items for rank 8 rebirth gear are farmable via bh in last patch, coordinating with essentially the removal of g16 for non-end game players. It pushes new players to follow the rank gear path ($$$) and eliminates an entire f2p market. Seems pwe approved to me.

Can you equip the title? The issue is we received the title in the chat box, but it does not appear in the title interface to equip. If it is equip-able, this is great (not really - almost half a year gone by) but doesn't help those already turned in to find out it doesnt work.

I think pwe has a few months at least before they need to cut things again. I imagine this client rule has helped cut costs enough for a little bit. The way this was handled was abysmal though. Pwe should be ashamed. Even for pwe standards it's bad.

So..... Admittedly I didn't expect to get the rewards on time but I at least expected to get them before a quarter of the year is gone. High hopes, I know :)
