I do have the East Asian Language pack and this message was appearing before I even installed it. I also, honestly, run verify often and I don't think that solves the problem.

I love the guide. It's very detailed, but i'm having troubles identifying this color. No matter how I compare them to the ones you gave I just can't match it up. Can anyone please tell me what it is?

To play the game you have to press the update button. Once it is done checking for updates, the button will then say start. I think the rest is easily figured out.
