Strange Message on PWI Startup?

I seem to get this strange message when I start my game a lot. It doesn't matter whether I click yes or no, the client still comes up. I just really want to figure out what it's asking me

    Are you sure about that? I click yes all the time and I have noticed nothing different...

    Errors like that normally show up when the East Asian Language Pack isn't working or isn't installed.

    Also, it could be you just need to run Verify.

    Beyond that... I got nothin'. GMs will be back from their holidays tomorrow, so... Best of luck?

    I do have the East Asian Language pack and this message was appearing before I even installed it. I also, honestly, run verify often and I don't think that solves the problem.

    I get that message all the time on any PWE game. I just hit enter and it goes away. Don't think it actually does anything.

    It means you've got your Texture Details set higher than is recommended for your video card, and it's warning you that your game might be choppy as a result.
