That depends on the Server you are on. Normally there are Catshops in Lost City, selling various Pets. You could ask a Veno in higher lvls to tame one for you too.

Well, you can only tame the pets which are your lvl or lower. There should be some symbol beneath the name of tameable pets, if it's easy to tame it's green, if it's harder to tame it's orange and if you can't tame it yet it's red. If you can't tame it at all, there is no sign. Well, in your starter quests your can either…
