Updated, charms cannot be used in duels, so no worries there, but pots are allowed and so are the herbs u can make at the apothecary. Although you cannot use anything before the duel starts. Well, either we misunderstood or u did cuz i read other posts that said that we were suppose to stick with the template, but there was no mention of it in the events page same with the calendar portion and stuff so once the winners are chosen we'll see the true meaning of GM's words
